The only show jumping show with 5 star status in Germany

From now on, Stuttgart is the only show jumping show (CSI) in Germany which belongs to the “5 star” category. This status is only been given by the World Equestrian Federation (FEI) from a total prize money of more than 500.000 Swiss Francs (approx. 334.000 Euro). Furthermore, the surroundings, the conditions for riders, horses and grooms, in brief: the quality of the entire show are further criteria for the allocation of the five stars.

Worldwide, only eight further show jumping shows have five stars. Two events in Spruce Meadows, Canada (in June, July), in Valkenswaard (Netherlands), in Paris-Jardy (France), in Las Vegas (USA), in Brussels (Belgium), in Belfast (Ireland) and in La Coruna (Spain). Above these CSI5* shows, there is only the category of the so-called “official” shows (CSIO), one per country. In Germany, this show is held in Aachen - the CHIO Aachen (Super League).

Aachen and the STUTTGART GERMAN MASTERS – the world’s best outdoor and the world’s best indoor show – are now the top events on the ranking list in Germany. With the STUTTGART GERMAN MASTERS, the 21st riding and show jumping show, after 20 years, a new area will start for the highlight in the Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle from the 16th to the 20th of November 2005.
