(acm/mps) She is a master at handling big animals and she loves little animals as well: Isabell Werth, double dressage World Champion in Aachen paid the Stuttgart Zoo a spontaneous visit on Thursday afternoon.
“It’s something I’ve been wanting to do for the last few years but there was never enough time,” said the pleased dressage queen, who was given the chance of paying the state capital’s zoological-botanical gardens a flying visit when a space suddenly appeared in her diary. The late summer-like warmth provided a magnificent backdrop and the German was totally happy. After the break with the zoo’s animals, she was off to other appointments: a visit to SWR – the regional television channel – and then to the presentation of the friendly dressage rider at the opening ceremony of the STUTTGART GERMAN MASTERS.
